Position Description

Hydradry, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Contracts & Procurement Coordinator to oversee contract opportunities, bid submissions, vendor relationships, procurement activities, and business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

Contracts & Bids

  • Research and identify bid opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit bid packages and proposals.
  • Maintain contract databases and renewal schedules.
  • Track deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Coordinate with management regarding public and private contract opportunities.
  • Maintain vendor registrations and compliance documents.

Procurement

  • Obtain and compare vendor pricing.
  • Coordinate purchasing of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Establish and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Review invoices and purchase records for accuracy.
  • Assist with subcontractor agreements and documentation.

Business Development

  • Attend networking events and industry functions.
  • Build relationships with commercial clients, municipalities, schools, property managers, and referral partners.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and company branding efforts.
  • Help identify growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Administrative Support

  • Assist Accounting, Claims, and Bids departments as needed.
  • Prepare reports and maintain organized documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and special projects when required.
  • Assist with implementation and maintenance of company systems and processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience with contracts, procurement, project coordination, construction administration, government bids, or vendor management preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with restoration, construction, or government contracting is a plus.

Compensation

$52,000 – $65,000 annually
(Plus performance incentives based on contracts awarded.)
